Returns
We want you to love your ModuDeck purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [your contact email] with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for sending the item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at lorrelarrows@gmail.com.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Customized or personalized products
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll make it right.
