1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping option:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Free standard shipping is available on all orders 

3. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery times may vary for remote locations.

4. International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally. If international shipping is available, delivery times and rates will vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

ModuDeck is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us atlorrelarrows@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at lorrelarrows@gmail.com — we'll do our best to make changes before the order ships.

9. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
