1. General

By purchasing from ModuDeck ("we," "us," or "our") at connect-deck.myshopify.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products

We sell modular deck systems and entry steps (Connect-a-Deck) in various sizes. All product descriptions, dimensions, and images are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to update product specifications without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it ships.

5. Shipping Policy

We ship within the United States. Shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Large or heavy items (such as deck kits) may require freight shipping, and delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout or via email.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in processing or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
